Getting started is easy as 1-2-3!
1. Create a Portal Account
Visit superiorvision.com/members and click on "Member Account" to create an account that allows you to view full plan details, access in-network providers, and more.
2. Log Into the Portal
Using the username and password you created, visit superiorvision.com/members to the portal. Tip! You can also use our free mobile app. Simply search for "Superior Vision" in the app store.
3. Start Using Your Benefits!
In-network providers let you get the most out of your plan. Click on "Find a Provider" in the portal to find providers specific to your plan.
